Remote work is charged in 30 minute blocks.

Onsite work is charged an hour minimum, then in 30 minute blocks.

As we don’t charge any travel fees, we want our technician to be as happy as you will. So, we charge an hour minimum so they don’t drive all that way for 15 minutes! So, take advantage of this, if we’re coming out to fix your computer, maybe you also need help with a phone, tablet or TV?

We don’t think you should pay for our travel! We’ll get our nearest technician to your location to come out & sort your issue without any travel charge.

Our technicians are GREAT! But they’re also a bit ‘lazy’…. We need to give them a reason to come out of their gaming rooms ASAP! So, almost all of the fee goes straight into your local computer technicians pocket.

Also, remember this is a one off fee, it is not charged for every hour. Eg. If you call on a Saturday & our technician comes out that day for 2 hours, it’s only $39 on top of the hourly fees.

This is where we stand out & why we’re the BEST!… As well as modest. For members only, this tool allows us to monitor the nitty gritty of your computers operating system. From memory usage, to disk usage, we can see all the low end stuff. Now don’t worry, we can’t see what you’re doing on your screen & we need your physical permission to remote into your computer.

Please note only a single computer is included in the $9.95 membership subscription. An additional $5 per month per additional computer.

If you opt in for the $4 per computer per month anti-virus, we can further reduce the likelihood your computer will be hit by nasty viruses. We use the Bitdefender engine which is renowned as the best anti-virus & cyber security company in the world. This tool integrates nicely with our remote monitoring & management tool.

The Member’s fee applies to households up to 5 members. This includes the discounted hourly rate, same day/public holiday/weekend fee & priority call-out times. After the 5th member, you’ll need to pay an additional $9.95 per month. Please also note that the remote management & monitoring tool only applies to 1 computer.

As the definition goes: “when necessary or needed”. An Ad Hoc customer is someone who only needs support on extremely rare occasions & doesn’t feel a long-term relationship with their local computer specialists is necessary!

Let’s say you have 3 people in your house with 1 computer each. The recommendation would be as follows:

• 1x membership – $9.95 per month
• 2x additional remote management & monitoring tools – $10 per month
• 3x antivirus software – $12 per month

All 3 of you receive the benefits of the reduced fees & feel the protection we give you for $31.95 per month!

Let’s say you have 6 people in your house with 1 computer each. The recommendation would be as follows:

• 2x membership – $19.9 per month
• 4x additional remote management & monitoring tools – $20 per month
• 6x antivirus software – $24 per month

All 6 of you receive the benefits of the reduced fees & feel the protection we give you for $63.9 per month!
